Context
Discovery Navigator uses AI to extract medical information from unstructured records, so claim adjusters can find what they need without reading every page.
Research
Competitor analysis of comparable products and reports.
Interviews with claim adjusters and domain experts.
A persona, a user scenario and a customer journey map, validated with users.
Design
I redesigned the reports the application generates, organizing them into an executive summary, an index, summaries by specialty and by date of visit, and a timeline. I also redesigned search and filtering, and built the Figma design library the developers used.
Validation
Usability testing with claim adjusters checked the changes and shaped the final iteration.
